Provides rules for reimbursement of registration fees for breeding animals at Haras Rosa Mystica

1. Request authorization via email at least one week before the event (contato@harasrosamystica.com.br).

2. Submit payment and participation proof within 30 days after the event.

3. Valid events for reimbursement:

- A. Brazilian Championships

- B. National BH Festival

* Only one category per event will be reimbursed.

4. Maintain the full name of the animal in the registration as well as in all event or competition promotional materials.

5. Supply videos and photos to Haras Rosa Mystica for free promotion.

6. In no circumstances will registration fees be refunded for animals that:

- A. Are not bred by Haras Rosa Mystica.

- B. Participate in events not covered in item 3.

- C. Lack prior authorization requested via email before the event.

- D. Have not disclosed or registered with the full name of the animal.

- E. Did not participate in the event for any reason.

- F. Fail to provide proof of registration and participation sent to the email address specified in item 1.

7. Payment will be made within 30 days after approval.
